We honor authentic craft quality and want you to treasure every unique handmade piece.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Due to the handmade nature of our artisan products, subtle variations in shade and texture are celebrated traits of craft.

To begin a return, please notify our artisan support team with your order details and photos if applicable.

Reimbursements are processed within 10 days of receiving returned goods in good order. Refunds return to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Conditions:

For items to be eligible for return or exchange, ensure the following:

• Items bought in last 14 days

• In original packaging

Items excluded from returns:

• Custom bespoke handcrafted wood or brass creations tailored to your dimensions.

• Terracotta diyas, perishable items, or seasonal holiday decor.

• Unsealed handcrafted textiles or wellness items due to hygiene standards.

• Items damaged after delivery through improper care or handling.

SHIVURA reserves the right to inspect returned items to ensure craft integrity before issuing refunds.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please send carefully wrapped items to our artisan hub:

We recommend insured shipping with tracking for fragile craft items. SHIVURA is not liable for items damaged or lost during return transit prior to receipt at our studio.

Gifts:

If the order was marked as a gift and delivered directly to you, a store credit gift voucher will be emailed upon receipt of the returned item. Otherwise, the refund goes to the original purchaser.

Gift credits can be redeemed toward any artisan-crafted home décor across our online store.
